M.Sc Zoology or Master of Science in Zoology is a postgraduate Zoology course. Zoology is the branch of biology which relates to the animal kingdom, including the structure, embryology, evolution, classification, habits, and distribution of all animals, both living and extinct.
M.Sc. Zoology is a two-year program and is divided into four semesters. The mode of admission for this course is mostly through an Entrance Examination or on merit marks in the qualifying examination followed by a personal interview.
M.Sc. Zoology graduates can obtain jobs in Academic and research institutes as an assistant professor, Researcher and zoologist. A fresh graduate of this course can expect an average annual salary of INR 90,000 to 1.5 Lakhs
